Article 3 (Rules Outside These Terms)
The Operator may separately announce operating policies where necessary, and where these Terms and an operating policy overlap, the operating policy prevails.
Article 4 (Formation of the Use Agreement)
① The use agreement is formed when a person wishing to register as a member and use the Site agrees to these Terms and applies for membership, and the Operator accepts the application.
② A person wishing to register as a member and use the services expresses agreement to these Terms by reading them and selecting “I agree” below when applying to join the Site.

The Operator endeavors to protect members’ personal information, including registration information, as prescribed by applicable law.
The protection of members’ personal information is governed by applicable law and the privacy policy established by the Site.
However, the Operator bears no responsibility for information exposed due to causes attributable to the member.
If a member registers or distributes unlawful posts, such as posts that offend public morals or threaten national security, the Operator may inspect the member’s data and submit it to the relevant authorities upon their request.
Article 7 (Obligations of the Operator)
① Where the Operator finds that an opinion or complaint raised by a member is justified, the Operator shall handle it as quickly as possible. However, where prompt handling is difficult for personal reasons, the Operator shall do its best, such as by posting a notice afterwards or sending the member a message or e-mail.
② To provide the Site continuously and stably, the Operator may require the Site to repair or restore equipment without delay when it breaks down or is lost. However, in the event of natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances on the part of the Site or the Operator, operation of the Site may be temporarily suspended.

① A member wishing to terminate the use agreement with the Site must apply for deregistration online in person. Termination of the use agreement with the Site must be carried out separately from ceasing to use the Site.
